Delete your account
You can do this inside the app under My Profile. This page is here for when you no longer have the app installed.
Confirm deletion
This cannot be undone. Your account, your email address and your subscription record are removed immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the email address on it
- Your free-trial and subscription record
- Any Google or Apple sign-in linked to the account
- Every signed-in session, on every device
What was never ours to delete
Your garments, your photographs and your wear history are stored on your phone and have never been on our servers, so deleting your account does not touch them. To remove those, use Erase everything in My Profile, or uninstall the app — both take the lot.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel billing, because Google Play owns that and we cannot reach it. Cancel in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, otherwise it keeps renewing. Do that first.
