ClosetCue Privacy Policy

ClosetCue does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no server that stores your wardrobe, and no analytics or advertising SDK in the app. Everything you put into ClosetCue stays on your phone.
ClosetCue is published and operated by Sarang AI Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in Alberta, Canada. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Sarang AI Technologies Inc.
What ClosetCue stores, and where
The clothes you add, the photographs you take of them, your wear history and your planned outfits are written to a private database inside the app's own storage on your device. Other apps cannot read it. It is never uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling ClosetCue deletes all of it permanently.
The same database holds your settings: the name you chose to be greeted by, whether you prefer Celsius or Fahrenheit, the occasion you usually dress for, your home city, and the style leanings you picked during setup. ClosetCue does not scan your face, take a photograph of you, or record anything about your appearance.
Permissions and why they are asked for

All three are optional. Decline any of them and ClosetCue still works — you can enter the day's conditions by hand instead of using location, and garments can be represented by a colour swatch instead of a photo.
The one external service
Weather forecasts come from Open-Meteo. When ClosetCue fetches a forecast it sends only a set of coordinates. It sends no name, no device identifier, no advertising ID and no account, because it does not have any of those. Open-Meteo's own privacy terms are published at open-meteo.com/en/terms.
What ClosetCue does not do
- No user accounts, sign-in, or email collection.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No selling or sharing of data, because none is collected.
- No cloud backup or sync of your closet.
Children
ClosetCue is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone, regardless of age.
Your control over your data
Because everything is local, you hold all of it. Any of the following permanently removes it:
- Delete an individual garment from inside the app.
- Settings → Erase everything — removes your closet, every photograph, your wear history and your settings in one step.
- Clear the app's storage from Android Settings.
- Uninstall ClosetCue.
There is nothing on our side to request, export, or erase, because nothing was ever sent to us.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of ClosetCue ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
